What if vacant or underutilized land could help address Nevada's housing needs? 

Community partners, faith-based organizations, and non-traditional property owners are invited to join the Land Activation Incubator Academy, led by CSH. Discover how underutilized land can be transformed into affordable housing that strengthens communities and expands housing opportunities.

Through expert-led instruction, real-world case studies, and practical guidance, participants will gain a foundational understanding of land use, housing development, and the steps required to bring a project from concept to reality. Whether you're exploring possibilities or ready to take action, this academy will provide the knowledge, tools, and connections to help move your vision forward and create lasting community impact.
