Step Beyond the Blueprint and experience affordable housing in action through our inaugural Affordable Housing Property Tours.

Join us on September 22nd, the day before the 2026 Nevada Housing Conference, to visit local affordable housing developments, hear directly from project leaders, and gain a deeper understanding of the partnerships, innovation, and vision required to turn housing concepts into homes.

Tour #1: Carson City

Cost: $50 for NHC Members / $60 for Non-Members (includes boxed lunch)
Check In: 11:30am at Atlantis Casino
Tour: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

  • Clayton Homes (Manufactured Housing)

Space is limited to 20 people per tour! Registration is capped for these tours to ensure a meaningful experience for all participants, so reserve your spot early. A waitlist will be available.

Whether you're involved in development, finance, policy, government, supportive services, or community advocacy, these tours will provide valuable insights and real-world examples that complement the conversations taking place at the conference.
