Join us for our August Lunch & Learn as we take a closer look at AB540, the Nevada Attainable Housing Act: how it came to be, the collaborations that made it possible, and the barriers overcome along the way. 

 AB540 represents a landmark investment in Nevada's housing infrastructure, establishing the Nevada Attainable Housing Account with an initial appropriation of $133 million to expand housing opportunities across income levels. Participants will hear directly from Steve Aichroth and Christine Hess at the Nevada Housing Division. They will share an overview of the bill’s key areas as well as next steps for implementation. 

JD Klippenstein from the Reno Housing Authority will moderate the session and allow plenty of time for Q&A. Attendees are invited to bring their questions and share their ideas on ways to get funding out the door and into our community.
